Referral Information

For Patients

Our clinic does require a referral in order to be assessed by one of our physicians. CPSBC/MSP regulations do require that the referral come from a physician. This could come from a family physician, walk in clinic, or virtual health platform (Telus health, etc). We unfortunately cannot take walk ins or self referrals at this time.

For Other Healthcare Professionals

Physicians: Please send a referral letter along with any relevant imaging or prior consult reports to our fax number: 778-646-2282.

Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, etc: While we unfortunately cannot accept direct referrals from non-physicians, we do have a referral form that the patient can bring to their family doctor (or other physician) to be signed. Please contact our office directly if you have a patient/client that you feel warrants urgent consultation, or if you have any questions about our clinic. Our allied health referral form is attached below.

Of note, we currently do not accept referrals for management of spinal issues or chronic pain syndromes.
